Our story
More than seven decades of technical education, moving forward.
Yaba College of Technology has helped shape Nigeria’s industrial development and technological evolution since 1947.
The rapidly evolving workforce now requires graduates who are academically grounded and demonstrably industry-ready. In response, the College institutionalised its Town-and-Gown agenda through the establishment of CLPIR in 2023.
CLPIR is the central clearing house for partnership: connecting external organisations to relevant schools and departments, supporting due diligence and MoU development, and monitoring relationships for measurable value.
